Personalize your big day by selecting either a classic ballroom, festive upper pool deck, or romantic beachside ceremony at our beautiful Cocoa Beach hotel.
Choose from several of our Cocoa Beach wedding package options that include:
Ballroom Ceremony
- Seating for up to 180 people per section (room is set theatre style with aisle in center)
- Access to a bridal room available one hour before and after the ceremony
- A complimentary stay for the bride and groom with champagne and picturesque views of the ocean
Reception options for the Ballroom Ceremony include: versatile space (can be broken into sections with each section accommodating approximately 50 people); a dance floor; tables for cake, gifts and a DJ; tropical trees with white lights; ivory linens; napkins; mirror glass; one centerpiece with two votive candles per table; cake-cutting services; a bartender and attentive wait staff. Costs start at $500.00 per ballroom section and there is a $2,500 minimum food and beverage purchase per section.
Upper Pool Deck Ceremony
- Available backup rooms in case of poor weather conditions
- Seating for up to 70 people, depending on style of setup
- Access to a bridal room available one hour before and after the ceremony
- A complimentary stay for the bride and groom with champagne and picturesque views of the ocean
Reception options for the Upper Pool Deck Ceremony include: versatile space (can be broken into sections with each section accommodating approximately 50 people); tables for cake, gifts and a DJ; tropical trees with white lights; ivory linens; napkins; one centerpiece with per table; cake-cutting services; a bartender and attentive wait staff. Costs start at $700.00 per ballroom section and there is a $2,000 minimum food and beverage purchase per section.
